Stop laughing at everything he says. In fact, only laugh when he cracks a really funny joke. Unfortunately, now he thinks you're weird. You're that coworker who laughs nervously at anything he says. He's on to the fact that you either a) have a crush on him or b) are a bit socially awkward. Either way, now is the time to do some damage control.

Don't constantly be around him laughing at his every witticism about your annoying coworker Pam who always talks about her kids. Make some jokes of your own. Don't be hanging on his every word. Pretty soon he'll be like, "What happened to that girl who always laughs at my jokes? All of a sudden I really want to ask her out and/or makeout with her in the storage closet."

Laughing at everything is a little over the top. How'd you achieve that? I def agree with the experts answer. You might get that guy to totally crush on you.
i am definately guilty of doing this, but only when i really like a guy and get extremely awkward around him. i'ts a gift, what can i say? it's something i really do need to work on though...
