What are the chances of a real relationship with a man who tells you he has strong feelings for you and has done for years, but is living with another woman and doesn't want to hurt her feelings. Will he ever change? This has been going on for a number of years! We have not been intimate but he wants to!

The chances are zero.
Look, I hate to say it, but if he had the courage to break it off with his girlfriend, he would have broken it off by now. He doesn't. That simple. That awkward, that uncomfortable and painful, but that simple.
Walk away. Nothing will change unless you make it, and really, you don't want to be with a guy who doesn't want to be with you.

What I find quite funny is that as a related link, RP put a girl on girl action type question... Im a bit lost here.
I just wonder how many times you guys have to answer this question, or any variable of this question, before you all go insane.
