In my experience guys do tend to appreciate well-manicured hands...nails trimmed and filed, soft skin, even nail polish. It's feminine and attractive. But I doubt they care whether your nails are natural or fake. The only thing they may notice is acrylic nails tend to make better back scratchers =P

Depends on the guy. I've known guys who thought it was sexy and others who think it looks trashy and fake, and yet others who really just don't care one way or the other.
