An absolute outrage! What do girls think of men who stuff cucumbers down their pants? Same thing. These push-up bras should be banned!!!!!!!!!!!

pfft. push up bra isn't necessarily padded. your cucumber metaphor doesn't apply. maybe "how do girls feel about men with erections versus men without erections?" is more applicable. it's the same penis, just one erect, the other not. it's the same boobs, but squished together and up, versus in a sports bra for example, where they're squished together and in.
I don't think I have ever seen a push up without some sort of padding.
aux contraire mon frere, those push-up bras have a habit of making tiny boobs look colossal. i am calling for a complete ban on them.
even though I use them, I totally agree with you.
Try being in the 32 DD-DDD range and all you can find is push-ups. If i want to look like an anime character I'd get a boobs job and a school girl outfit. Enough with the push-ups!!!
i think mystery man is right. Specially women who try to show so much thanks to their push up bra. It looks very exaggerated.
Either way, men like cleavage though, don't they? I'd say about 50% of cleavage would not happen with some sort of push up bra - whether the girl naturally has big boobs or not.
I agree. I have a size 32D, and I need a bra for cleavage. However, you can also just wear a regular bra, and it tends to lift them up.
I love my push up and yes, even Miracle bras, and have never had a guy start re-robing when he figures it out. Small boobs and padding have never kept me from getting laid. Although, I try to make up for it with skill!
I have tiny boobs (32A) and padded/push up bras give me th extra boost of confidence to feel sexy in a room full or people because I feel insecure and less attractive being around women with bigger breats. And men like confidence don't they?
It's all part of the elaborate feminine lure, and you know what? I'm completely cool with it. Everybody knows that when you see a woman dolled up to the max, that's not what she looks like on a day to day basis. It's not as if they're lying about not having man parts. Unless they are, then.. well, a push up bra is the least of your problems.
Listen up women, when you look good, you feel good, and it shows. While men may not understand why it takes you more than the five minutes it took us to get ready, we can't get enough of the results. Few things are as breathtaking (or as loin-stirring) as your girl when she's ready to head out. Makes you want to undo all that work she put in there and then.
Hahaha... I love your comment. But honestly for most girls it's just a confidence booster. It's not like a girl with NO boobs is going to look any good with a push up cause there's nothing to lift... therefore it won't work.
that is a bullshit answer because a lot of girls wear push up bras for lift instead of size increase because bigger boobs tend to sag more.
ha! i'd rather be single for the rest of my life than surrender my push-up bras, thank you very much. i heart them.
Hey Mannon, I like you! Thanks for your response. Way to boost a woman's self-esteem.
mystery man, your comment about how push-up bras are misleading and should be banned. Women also wear make-up. Isn't that just as misleading? Maybe you should advocate a banned on that as well... or plastic surgery, boob jobs, high heels, corsets, hair extensions, highlights, hair dyes, spray tanning, tanning lotion....
Last time I checked men really appreciate how women look. They don't care how or what we did to make ourselves look that way. They just care about the end product.
Actually, I can't stand any of that stuff. Because what you said is correct. I do appreciate how women look. How they really look. Not how fake they can be. When I look at a woman, I want to see her true beauty, what she really looks like. It saddens me when I look around, and all I can see are girls wearing their pastes and powders. The spray tans are a joke of the highest degree, and I Don't like high heels, they are loud, make you walk funny, and you can't walk in wet grass with them. Corsets make you look squeezed, even if they are lightly tightened. I don't like plastic surgery unless it is corrective --because of an accident etc-- or practical --breasts are too heavy (Surgeons Robert Mansel and Simon Cawthorn suggest you try taking off your bra for a few months. In their studies, all of the postmenopausal women noticed significant reduction of pain... even the President of Playtex has said that bra's offer no protection from sagging, and that their are no health benefits to wearing them)--
Anyway, I guess what I'm trying to say is that I want you to look the way you are, not the way you feel you have to be. I probably just came off as slightly... agressive.
One woman stated that she wore makeup because men liked confidence. We do, but confidence because of a mask is not confidence at all.
am i reading this correctly? there is THAT much support (pun intended) for push ups? if my bra burning mother were dead, she'd be rolling around in her grave right now.
LADIES - TAKE OFF YOUR BRAS! you don't need 'em. your bra is not what makes you a woman; they should not be the sole cause of your confidence. let the girls out to breath and see some sun. show some nip. cleavage is sexy, but not when they're intentionally touching your chin. boo.

When the Wonderbras came out I heard a joke about them that I loved:
"Why are they called Wonderbras?"
Because when women take them off you wonder where the t*ts went."
Face it mystery man there's nothing wrong with a little deception if a woman's gonna let you touch her boobies.
No guy cares about chest size when he's playing with girl-bits.
For me, push ups are actually more comfortable than other bras, they have more support and the padding is appreciated for reasons other than making me look a little bigger in that area
i have a push-up bra with no padding....and believe me i don't use it to make my boobs look bigger...they are comfortable than other bras...
Okay well if guys all think they should be banned why did this guy tell me he wanted to buy me a super push up bra to make me a d nstead of a b.
What a jerk.
Victoria's Secret would go out of buisness.
Over in the UK they come under the name wonderbra, they called them this cos you wake up in the morning and wonder where the tits have gone!
This site is definitely needed at this moment in time

You're welcome.
That's actually wrong, breasts developed to show men when we are developed sexually. I learned this in an anthropology class dedicated to explained why we look the way we do in relation to bipedalism. As we have seen in chimpanzee's when women are in heat they have glands that swell to let surrounding men know they are in heat. If we still had these glands visible it would have been impossible to walk upright. This is also one of the reasons we are always able to be sexually reproductive, not just once a month like other mammals (with the exception of the Bonobo chimps.)
OKAY this is silly! i wear pushups cause they are amazing! and all my guy friends know that i wear pushups and said they dont care cuz my bbobs always look amazing "to them anyways." and i am a 34B and it doesnt make my boobs look bigger, it only lifts them up. if i asked anyone what size they think i am they would say B. GO PUSH-UPS!
I think that the miraculous bra is ridiculous. Why would you add 2 whole cup sizes? Thats WAY too obvious. I think that in general push ups are fine. If they boost your confidence and make you happier, why not? A happier girlfriend would make a happier boyfriend too! I am about 5'10" wear a size 12 or 14 and am a 36C, so my boobs are about average and I'm curvy. I bought my first push up ever (well I had one in like 7th grade I barely wore) and I love it! It adds some lift but not too much! It's the Increbidle bra (not miraculous big difference MUCH less padding) and it's perfect! :D
look girls wouldn't wear push ups if they didn't feel like they need to. Todays image is fake doubble d boobs and people like me can't keep up with it. If you had to go through boys constantly asking where your boobs went then you tell me.
ok sooo this is hilarious ur all argueing ovr push up bras. one guy thinks they shood b bannd and othrs agree with him. they arent demenaing to women, they make them feel beautiful and sexy at the same time. if women want to have their boobs lifted let them. it dosnt make em bigger it just lifts em. my guy friend always tells me that i shood let him look cuz were reely close but im not even a b cup. i dont even wear a push up bra. if u think tht a push up bra makes women look like a whore or slut then FUCK OFF
I'm a girl with 32b's and I totally HATE push up bras. Besides the discomfort and all, I hate feeling fake. I love seeing myself in the mirror and knowing that my chest (albeit small) is all me. I also love that because most of my bras have no padding whatsoever I can have the sexy see trough lace ones. I used to wear a super padded push up like 24/7 and had no confidence, and was always afraid people would find out I was faking it. So I ditched it and have never been more confident! Because almost every girl with small breasts wears a push up, most guys think I'm really a 32aa or something, just that I'm wearing a push up, so when they take off my clothes they are very pleasantly surprised that its all me :) and thats such a great feeling. It totally boosts your confidence to not wear a padded bra on many levels, its liberating actually. I remember I was at victorias secret and one of the assistants was helping me out and she was saying that I should just get a non padded bra, it'll just be a lot better in every way as opposed to the other ones that just tell you that for some absurd reason you need to be a DD. I have a small frame and look deformed when I wear the miraculous bra. Also some push ups make your breasts feel hard and fake and its just so awkward when you hug someone. To all the girls that say they need push ups for confidence, ditch the push up, you'll be more confident than ever and it'll be REAL confidence. And to the girl who said she'd rather be single for life than ditch the push up-thats sad. One of the greatest things about ditching push ups is actually how much it improved my sex life. I would ditch all appearance enchancing things rather than be single for life, I mean otherwise wouldn't that kind of defeat the purpose? But anyways long story short-nay to push ups.

My wife is a 34A, and I LOVE that she wears nothing but push-UPS and padded bras. She feels more confident wearing them, which in turn gets her a lot of attention.
For me, though, the deception of it has been a huge turn-on (and a huge boon to our sex life)! I seriously feel like I can pick if I want to be with a small-chested woman, or a big-chested woman! Sometimes we leave the bra on, sometimes it comes off...but it changes things up a bit.
And quite honestly, it turns me on when she gets so much more attention when she's wearing it, because I KNOW it's just a mirage. Even an a-cup can make a boy's eyes pop out! :-P

When I was around 22, I dated a really sweet girl who turned out to be wearing a wonder bra (for size deception, not lift). When the bra came off, I was quite disappointed and felt I had been cheated. I am quite the big natural boob (fake boobs scare me) guy, so over the years I've picked up a trick or two of my own. One is to hug girls and rub their back and shoulder to feel the bra strap imprints. I suggest all men learn bra braille.
push up bras are actually more comfortable that regular bras. i wouldn't consider myself big, 36C, but with a regular bra when i run they bounce too much and it hurts after awhile. push up bras actually hold them in place, so i prefer them because of the support, but the bigger cleavage is an added bonus :)
This discussion is supposed to be what guys think of pushup bras, so perhaps my opinion doesn't really matter. But for what it's worth I think it's a little ignorant to say that pushup bras are so horribly deceptive they should be banned. It's just like any other bit of body modification that women (and men) engage in every day - wearing heels, contacts, makeup, getting highlights etc. But in defense of the pushup bra in particular, they really are more comfortable and supportive provided they aren't too outrageously padded. I'm a C, so it's not like I have massive boobs but it's also not like I am trying to "fake" having breasts either. I wear a range of bras from sports bras to super pushups on a regular basis, but if I know I am headed out to dance the night away I'm going to go with a pushup because it's going to hold everything in place a lot better - and I'm not going to be in pain. It's just an added bonus that I never have to buy a drink all night! :)
I'm sure there are a ton of girls that wear pushups every day because of insecurities about breast size, but can you really blame them where here we're hearing from a bunch of guys who feel like it's such a crime to hide such a huge "turnoff"as having small breasts apparently is to some? I get that you want au naturale, but honestly...I don't think there'd be too to many guys out there who'd like the way I looked better if I stopped shaving, stopped shaping my eyebrows, and let my hair go totally wild. And I'd certainly feel a heck of a lot grosser haha.
However, some of those newer pushups are pretty crazy. Trying them on I feel like I'm putting my hockey gear on again. If I ever got one it would probably legit be for going out/ special occasions when I just wanted to feel like my rack looks amazing. I think they're a lot like false eyelashes - they look way too huge to be natural and most people probably know it, but it's really fun every now and then!
So for guys, you should be on to our tricks by now and if you're on the prowl for some busty girl, try not to be a giant dick if you wind up disappointed with the "false advertising" because in that case you've clearly falsely advertised yourself right back to this girl, making her think you're a nice guy whose worth hooking up with. At least you get to make a pretty good, educated guess about what's going on under the bra, cause for us ladies we never know what we're going to find in the pants until a lot further down the hookup road.
most people are insecure!
it's natural and unnatural to be insecure.
- either that some of our environmental factors of influence forgot to stress out the importance of the idea that we should accept our flaws and imperfections on our bodies
- or that we try to make ourselves look "normal" or "up to beauty standards"
People, there are NO beauty standards we should follow and there is no such thing as looking normal. Sadly with the help of mass media and its missed intentions of letting people interpret beauty in their own way, from history through now over the control of the """"ELITES""""" of it all, people have become so dependent on those imaginary standards to look beautiful on the outside... as if there were to be some "right" way of looking "beautiful"
I'm not trying to say this in a negative way, but it's normal to have someone want to cover up some things they do not want others to see on their body.
Sometimes at some levels of other's thoughts, they try too hard to make their "outsides" directly represent their "insides" : mind, heart, emotions, "value," skill... it sounds crazy because it is crazy!
What if the girl had extreme medical conditions that made "them" look the way she did not wish them to appear? If she was able to make them look normal with push up bras, then she would try if able to or if she wanted to that badly.
Push up bras, make up, high heels... just to fill up some parts of society's hunger for the pressures of "looking good" or "photoshop perfection." Many people are unconsciously not aware that their judgments on natural human aesthetic is faltered by man-made images of beauty. They sometimes forget to question where the image came from or how it actually became the way it looks. They may forget that exaggerating their gender features won't make them more of their gender type or change their reproductive health.
Just in most of today's world, we judge quickly (sometimes WAY TOO QUICKLY, even with highest degrees of judgment or any observances of the OUTSIDE of others to find out what's going on inside... we would never truly know every single little detail of what possibly goes through someone's mind/whole). With those altered judgments, "if you don't look like your gender's features, what are you?" or "the more you LOOK healthy with more lusty, exaggerated features with a passed personality test, you'll get what you want" seems to roam in these people's heads.
I sat to next to a girl in class and looked at her and we talked about how she got her "looks." She wore no make up, no hair extensions, no chemicals to alter the texture of her hair, no "french nails,"... she wore nothing but clothes and her smile. After getting to know her a little bit, i realized how more beautiful she really was after i told her that she was beautiful before i even met her. She had a few pimples here and there and her teeth were crooked. Naturally with the rest of her body, that's what made her so beautiful; she didn't do a thing to try to impress some guy nor to try to prove herself. Even if she had deformed boobies and wore some push up bra, i wouldn't know at the moment but without the bra, i would think she would be one of the bravest girls about her looks. - to have that sense of "Look out world, deformed boobies coming through... don't worry. I'm exactly the same amount of human as you are, just without the boobies ;D "
as opposed to the people across from me, all I saw were girls wearing so much mineral make up that you thought you were looking at a flat face for a painting canvas of nothing but drawn shadows and colored lines, eyeliner to reshape their eyes, loads of lengthening mascara, lip color, unnaturally shaped eyebrows to "compliment" eye shape and "enhance" personality for those who take advantage of the so called "face reading" and natural face judgments that occur in minds, "curling iron" hair... i don't even wear that stuff and i know probably 50% or more of the stuff they slather on themselves. The curling iron hair gave the texture to look natural, but you gotta get perfect waves out of your own genes. If you don't have those genes, flaunt what yo momma gave you and give those with the genes a break! I promise you that if they didn't depend on beauty products that much, they would look more naturally appealing or look worse than what they had on their faces. If worse, you would look better if you never put make up on and let people accept for who you really are. Those looks were great from far away but up close, it's so fake that you can't tell if they're even human!
Dude, i understand that there is something out there trying to make our super diversified and varying people look the same. Overthrowing it and restoring human normality is going to take a very LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONG time because of how far society has pushed it into itself.
and forgot to write about push up bras... some of this world is a mess D:
I have to say that for the past couple of hours i have been hooked by the impressive articles on this site. Keep up the good work.
