As this is not the norm, many guys will be initially challenged by your look. Fair? No. But a truth I'm sure you already know. And I do agree that having a partner full-haired and then having them lose their hair is a different (hairless) animal all together. All that said, please know that there is a considerable population of guys who don't really care that you don't have hair and are much more interested in your personality and other features. Both physical and personality. I don't know if this makes you feel better or worse, but for (dumb) example if Kim K. had Alopecia guys would still worship at her boobs and butt. That doesn't mean you should overly flaunt your other body parts, but it does mean that we are more than our parts (other than Kim K of course. She is two parts!) My point is the more a man gets to know you, the more he will see the totality of you. That's how it works with all of us. Your wit, your eyes, your cute feet, your great laugh, etc. will become much more salient to him than your Alopecia. Again, I'm not trying to shove sugar down your throat: given a choice most men would opt for a woman with hair, but I am confident it is not a deal breaker. I also would consider not trying to meet guys in places like clubs and hot-bod beaches that are very flash-image focused. Not that you can't, but you may find more dating luck in environments that allow people to evolve and mingle rather than just stare and sniff at each other.
