What do you do if your fat but dont wanna do workout videos?

Well, there's always the gym. And, uh, walking more. Or jogging. Sorry, but this question cracks me up. The idea that workout videos are your only option amuses me. I didn't realize they still made workout videos. Does Jane Fonda still make them? Remember how they used to show cheesy workout shows before cartoons came on on Saturday mornings? I would imagine there are tons of workout routines on YouTube that don't require popping in a video tape.

If you're a gamer, you could try Wii Fit or one of the many other workout game programs. Or just change your diet and get more physical activity. Do you like sports? Tennis and walking are just about the only physical activities I enjoy outside of sex, so I try to do both often. Find the physical activity you enjoy and do it as often as you can. And don't discount diet. Cutting out stuff like sweets and soda can make a huge difference. Ditch the workout videos and get outside. Fresh air will do you good.

Mass genocide: its the most exhausting activity one can engage in, next to soccer.

HAHA I love that movie. Also, sources say that active sex burns over 144 calories per half hour, and that doesn't include foreplay.

Making out burns over 238 calories per half hour!

A girl I went to high school with lost 50 lbs in one summer (I kid you not) just by drinking more water, not drinking soda or eating sugary foods, and walking whenever the option came up. You know, like taking the stairs instead of the escalator, parking your car in a faraway spot instead of near the entrance, etc. You can change a lot in your life just by making healthier decisions- it doesn't have to be this grueling fitness routine every day. But definitely control what goes into your mouth. Something I read that made a lot of sense is: If you're not willing to eat a vegetable, you're not hungry- you're only craving.
