Independence (because I detest clingy),
Self confidence (sexy as hell),
Intelligence at least equal to my own (not hugely difficult),
Experience that is different from my own (much more tricky but fun to talk about),
A joy in life that finds pleasure in the smallest things (hey, I ain't proud), and
The willingness to kick me in the a*s when I am being an idiot (rather too frequently).
If you meant physically, well that is much less important, though I always tended to avoid the Barbie types and have an inordinate fondness for slim, shortish redheads with small boobs and foul tempers.*
