It means he needs to stop using the word "erection" as an exclamation. Who is he, Quagmire from Family Guy? "Great sandwich...erection!" "Filed my taxes...erection!" "Lost a button...erection?"
"I want to have babies with her" is usually code for "That woman is girlfriend/wife material." But making a dumb boner sound at the end there like he's Beavis and/or Butt-head just makes me think he wants to sleep with her. So, it's safe to say he wants to sleep with whoever he's referring to.
And he's also like 13 years old too...

if he's not 13, at least that's where his emotional development is. hate it when guys do that "joking" thing. sooo passive aggressive. and a reflection of his maturity as well. oh i know women do it to, but c'mon now. to me, the fact that he uses that as an exclamation point is more problematic than what he said prior, who wants to be with someone that childish? how about, "i really think you need to grow the eff up and you can start with stop using boners as punctuation. just joking. funny right?"
It means that although he may want to he probably won't have much chance of having babies with that woman because he finishes his sentences with ... erection!
