You see, "text" as a noun could simply refer to the main body of matter in a manuscript, book, newspaper, etc. However, I get the sneaking suspicion that in your sentence, "text" is used as a verb, which means to send a collection of letters, numbers, or oddly-combinationed symbols to somebody's electronic device digitially.

The second term however is a little tricky. "Me" by itself could quite simply mean, "you" assuming that the "you" in question is actually "me" in answer. Or not. Or perphaps "Me" is shorthand for somebody's name which could easily mean that he's requesting, nay demanding, that you send some letters/numbers/symbols to somebody named "Me".
