If somebody is on a rushed schedule along those lines, they're not interested in building a relationship or seeing what happens naturally, they're going to try to force it. And that is a bad, potentially abusive, situation to be in. Add to that that this guy is pretty clearly emotionally immature, if he's asking first dates if he can knock them up.
So walk away and keep away. This guy's probably bad news.
