I'm getting a lot of these types of questions lately. Can't really answer for all males on this one, but Mystery Man thinks they are totally gross. They look like they hurt. They look like one false move and the girls lip will get ripped off.
As to whether guys will think you are easy, I would say normal, well-adjusted dudes who happen to think those piercings are attractive will think it's pretty cool and not assume you are easy and will approach you. But, Neanderthals with issues will assume you are a whore. That pretty much sums it up!

Do what YOU want to do. Don't think of whether what you do to yourself or how you dress or whatever will help you pick up guys.

i wanted to ask you a question but your site will not let me submit it so I'm goingto ask it here. I am seeing some one for the first time in years. I chose to not date after a very nasty vilent marrage and divorce so I could find myself and become healthy and hole again. I get men wanting to take me to bed all the time but that is not all I want in my life is cheep good or bad sex. But all my friends keep telling me I'm stupid because I have chosen to be with one man only and not be dating several men at once. They keep saying just have fun this relationship aint going to go any were and I keep telling them maybe and maybe not but I like him and he apearantly likes me sence we have ben seeing each other almost two months lets just see were it gose. He volunteeraly tells me things that are going on in his life that will afect how much we can see each other or talk so i'm hoing that is a good thing right? That it means this is more than just a fling?
i think its definitly right, personally i dont date more than one person at a time... i figure.. if you dont like the one guy enough that you wanna see more guys.. you must not like him that much! so why bother??

I've got two facial piercings, my nose and monroe, and I've never had a problem with any guy about them.
Some guys are a little apprehensive about kissing. They're afraid it will hurt them or be weird lol. Mostly, though, guys don't mind, if it's tasteful. When I say tasteful I mean go with a stud if a ring doesn't look right and vice versa. Once they realize it's not goin to stab them in the face or cut their skin open, they're usually okay with it.
No idea why this got voted down. Piercings and ink are personal style and opinion; some people will like them, some won't, and plenty don't understand them. You can't appeal to everyone, and that's fine. It's certainly nothing to worry yourself over.
Piercings and ink DO NOT disqualify you from the majority of potential dates. A horrible personality is much more likely to do that for you. If you've an attractive personality, a little metal isn't going to change a damn thing.

i got my lip pierced and guys still look at me the same way as i did if i didnt have it. piercing something on you should only matter to you. piercing cause u think it might impress or whatever with a guy isnt a good reason to do. i say go with it girl, the guys will still like u as if u didnt have it at all
