Well, according to the question, he's not actually anyone's guy yet, she didn't really say they're in a relationship. Just a dude that two women are into, who happen to be mom and daughter.
And nowhere did she say the man has done anything inappropriate, yet anyway. Kinda feel sorry for the dude, he's caught in between a potentially nasty fight. He should probably leave both of them for his sake. If he's got two women into him, he won't have a problem finding another.

Eww, I couldn't imagine even being attracted to someone that showed intrest in my mother. (This post didn't say that, but I'm assuming if your mother is falling for him that he's showing intrest). And if your mother knows you're into him I don't understand why she would even flirt. That's disgusting. First off, if you get him what is she gonna do? Flirt with your man all the time? And if she gets him, your gonna be attracted to a potential step father? You both should break it off with this guy. I don't really get why either of you would be intrested if he's showing intrest in both.. kinda makes him a pig.
