Hands down best place . . . airport bar. Why? Because this environment attracts the most diverse set of guys in the world, not just scuz bags looking for a pickup. Don't get me wrong, the pickup artists are everywhere, it's just that 99% of the guys at an airport bar are there to either kill some time before a flight or to soothe their nerves. It's also a great place to strike up a conversation as all you have to say is, "Where are you flying to?" and you have an instant topic.
really? come on now! then they leave and never come back... I think she is asking for like, grocery store, book store, etc?
Ok, at some point the guy is probably going to ask her where she's traveling to. Then what? Start a potential relationship out on a lie, or admit that you're trolling for dudes at the airport?

If you are at all athletic, I recommend a rock climbing gym if you have one in your area. I didn't take up climbing to meet guys, but I met my past two bf's (and current bf) there. They are all intelligent, fun, interesting, and in really great shape. Seriously, climbing gyms are like holding pens for hotties.
This is soooo true! I travel for business and LOVE going to the airport early to check out the hot men at the bar. Going home tomorrow and will be in three airports.. Love it...
Oh - and it won't work if you don't have a ticket because you need to get through security... That's what makes is so cool.. airport screening.. Only the real ones get through. :-)

The history and biography sections of book stores on a weekend afternoon are a great place! Plus, if you do spot a super hot guy, which those are the books they're probably looking at, you can always ask him for some suggested reading and maybe he'd like to join you for a cup of coffee :~) Thats actually where and how I met my last boyfriend...a big bonus is that you know they can read!
