They ask because many men are insecure about their equipment, particularly guys who worry that they don't measure up. They're usually the ones asking the question. I don't find the question all that surprising; does it bother you to be asked? Women do the same thing, asking guys if we like their boobs or butts or even vaginas. (I once had a woman ask me if I thought her vag was pretty. I said yes, it's gorgeous, let's take it up to Vagina Glamour Shots and get some portraits done. Not really. But I should have.)
My advice: if a guy asks if you like his tool, just say yes. It might be a lie, but it's a white lie to spare the guy's feelings. You're not telling him it's the biggest or best one you've ever seen; you're just saying you like it. If he presses and asks what you like about it, just say, "It's attached to you."

Oy. A girl shouldn't even need to be asked, she should already know to praise it before he asks. If you're going down you should be telling him how awesome it is, how great he tastes, how he feels so good in your mouth. If he's inside you you should be telling him how great he feels, how his dick is so hard and feels so good. I mean I don't say these things when they're not true but then again I don't sleep with a guy I don't actually like so that makes it easier to praise him. But men love it, it turns them on and inflates their ego. As his woman, that's your job.
It's not a girls job to inflate his ego- it's always nice to hear praise, but spewing compliments all the time makes them less special too.
