He's angling for a friends with benefits situation. He's doing all of the boyfriend/girlfriend things with you and insisting that he's not into your or relationships so that eventually he can start hooking up with you, but the minute he's ready to move on to a new situation he will be able to say "I warned you that I wasn't in to you." This is a classic dude maneuver.
You never know, sometimes the type of situation you are describing can turn into a real relationship. I wouldn't hold my breath though.
Get away from him ASAP. MM's correct, these things NEVER turn into a relationship.
Blow him off and/or give him blue balls. Your not a piece of ass for him to rump on every once and while so move on. Why settle for less when you can have more.

not sure if anyone will see this, but let me ask you this. what's the difference between what he's doing and an actual relationship if she's the only girl he's doing it with (i don't know if she is or not, but just say she is)
