No.
Vehicular manslaughter is defined as causing death while in charge of a self propelled vehicle. The Amish use that all the time in their nightly sacrifices of tourists on the roads. So unless you are in one of those little electric scooter things, you cannot commit vehicular manslaughter by shopping cart at Walmart.
I believe the technical term for killing someone by using a manual shopping cart in Walmart or Target is justifiable homicide, though it may be written down to self defense if you mow down both people who were standing, gabbing and blocking the aisle with a single hit. Depends where the DA shops.
And always remember - beating someone squeezing the produce in the fruit aisle of Whole Foods is always a misdemeanor. One nice policeman will interview you then tell you to go home while the other finishes the job you started.
lolol justifiable homicide. can i print this and take it with me on my next Wal Mart shop? actually, i refuse to go there after what will forever be referred to as "the Christmas incident". i think they're happier with that choice of mine as well lol good to know about Whole Foods though.
I worked at Walmart, and will probably do so again. XD I wish I could do this to some customers... Like the one I dubbed "The Angry Salsa Man". *shudders*
