Happy Thanksgiving! Hopefully you're all feasting on turkey (or tofurky or Tofutti) right about now. But also, I hope you've taken the time to give thanks for the good stuff in your life. Friends and family of course, but what I'm really talking about are the little things that make you feel fortunate.

Five Things I'm Thankful For
1. Winter beverages are back. Whether it's the caramel thing that tastes like popcorn at Starbucks or hot chocolate with whipped cream and cinnamon, I just can't get enough of winter drinks. Come to think of it, I may like them more than summer drinks. Well, except for cherry limeade. That is the drink to rule all drinks, the "one ring" of beverages.
2. Recent albums from Florence + and the Machine, Drake, Feist, M83, Rihanna, St Vincent, Cults, Wye Oak, Lykke Li and others that I have been playing non-stop.
3. Arkham Asylum, Uncharted 3, The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword and a ton of other amazing games out right now or coming out. Now if I could only find time to play them...
4. The thrilling Showtime show Homeland which is easing the pain between Breaking Bad seasons.
5. My awesome girlfriend who makes me a better person and is an amazing cook.
So what are you thankful for?
Oh, also, fear not -- I will be reviewing the new Twilight movie. Probably this weekend, next week at the latest. Will Bella choose Edward or Jacob? What will happen to Bella's vampire baby? Will the redhead vampire whose name I can't remember who died in the last one come back to life because she's a vampire and they can't die? And aren't the Volturi going to kill Edward or something? Yeah, that whole plotline didn't pay off at all...
