Panama (P): What's it like being married into a family with an actual superstar entertainer and performer?

Gabe Solis (GS): Honestly, I really don't feel anything different about being married into a family with an actual superstar, except that she always thinks she's right (Dr. Toni), ha-ha. Overall I feel like there is always one superstar in every family that the other family members look up to.

P: It was great that you told your wife you put the GPS tracking software on your phone, but do you regret the decision to place it on there in the first place?

GS: I do regret placing the GPS tracking software on her phone, actually cell phone spy software on her phone. Overall it was not a good move for trying to make things better in our marriage. It only added to her becoming more stressed and frustrated with me. I've done quite a few things I regret and take full responsibility for them. I hope viewers can learn from my mistakes and I pray one day when Trina is ready she can forgive me.

P: Do you and Andre ever just go out for a beer and talk shop about being married to Braxtons? What's your release?

GS: No, Andre and I have never gone out to have a beer or talk shop about being married to a Braxton. Actually there is an age difference between us. For many years he and I would not talk to each other or be around each other, because of an altercation that occurred between us about 8 years back. Only in the last 2-3 years have we learned to be around each other again.

My release is hanging with my two sons (Eric and Caleb), working out, running, and Krav Maga. Also, I've been training for my next obstacle race in early March. P: And what about Vince? Do you all have much of a relationship?

GS: Vince and I used to have a pretty good relationship. He would invite me along to studio sessions and introduce me to producers/celebrities, which I thought was pretty cool. Also, he and Tamar would always let me stay at their house and borrow a car when I had to work in Los Angeles. Unfortunately, our relationship took a bad spin a few years back, because of some things that happened when we all got drunk at an award show after party. Our relationship hasn't fully recovered since. I do think Vince is a wonderful person and has a huge heart. It was a lot of fun playing basketball with Vince and Keri; they called me "Hot Pepper", because I'm pretty quick on the basketball court. Ah good times!

P: What's a Braxton family get together really like? We see what it looks like on television, but what is it like when EVERYBODY is there?

GS: A Braxton get together is pretty awesome. There is a lot of energy flowing when they are all together. There is a lot of singing and acting and personalities, plus every last one of them can cook. It took me a few holidays to adjust to a Braxton family get together, because I'm from a conservative family when it comes to family gatherings. They are so darn close, which definitely isn't a bad thing; however, sometimes they have to understand that their spouses have family too.

P: I love their mother, Evelyn. What kind of relationship do you have with her?

GS: I and "Booo", my nickname for her, have a good relationship. We've had our ups and downs like every son-in-law/mother-in-law relationship. She can call me up anytime day or night and I'll be right there to help her in whatever she needs. "I got your back Boo!" Wow Mom knows she can cook too, minus the blackberry dumplings. She makes the best seafood blend I have ever tasted in my life. If she ever wanted to open up her own restaurant I would buy stock in it for sure and even help run the place.

P: Cheating has played a big part in your relationship with Trina (from what we see on the show), why is it so hard to trust her when you were the one who admitted to cheating on her?

GS: Unfortunately, cheating has played a huge part in my relationship to Trina. Like I said before, I've made many mistakes in my marriage and am responsible for the problems that are going on currently in my marriage. It was so hard to trust her, because I always felt like karma was going to come back and bite me in the ass. I've put Trina through so much in our marriage (looking down and shaky my head). I had a wonderful marriage, unfortunately my past infidelities have ruined it, so it is now up to me to repair it and rebuild it.

P: What do you and Trina actually do to unwind and have fun together? We really only see you all beefing on the show.

GS: Unfortunately, the last few years have been pretty much beefing. We do enjoy spending time with our two sons. We enjoy going to the movies, playing cards (Phase 10), playing the Wii, or just going out for a nice bite to eat. I think me and Trina are long overdue for a second honeymoon. I think she is at the point to where she has to learn to like me again, only time will tell. I would love to have my best friend, my "Little Tree", back in my life again

P: Do you enjoy the attention that you're receiving from the show? Why or why not?

GS: Uh honestly it really doesn't matter to me the attention I'm receiving from the show. I've always felt like I was a superstar; however, no one knew it but me (ha-ha inside joke). Once I had someone pray for me and my marriage at the Wal-Mart parking lot, which I thought was very kind of them. I do get recognized here and there, most of the times it is like "Hey you look like someone I know?" and then they are like "You're married to one of the Braxton sisters!" I guess I now know how Trina feels, when people affiliate her to being Toni Braxton's sister.
