We all know that guy who will loudly proclaim to just about anyone within earshot that he "doesn't watch television." You know the dude who does not like "popular" music, and will never do "touristy" things when he travels--even if he's smackdab in the middle of Rome he will opt to hang out in the most mundane cheeseshop rather than go anywhere near The Vatican or, heaven forbid, The Coliseum. Here are five things that "the guy who doesn't watch tv" does rather than watch tv:
1) Thinks about how cool and deep people think he is because he doesn't watch tv.
2) Watchs Hulu and Fancast, both of which he does not consider tv.
3) A lot of auto-erotic stimulation--remember porno websites are also not television.
4) Wonders if he will ever get laid in real life -- See No. 3.
5) Talks about his sculptures, poetry, and art, all of which he does none of.
ok. i have met people like this...(also applies to girls) they are lame and eventually not only get cable, but tivo too. people like this are annoying and full of sh*t about their lives. Love this entry mystery man.
Oh, touché! I cut out TV ages ago & can't tell you when the last time I sat down to watch if for more than 5 min. Things I do instead of watching TV:
1) train for 5ks, triathlons, 1/2 marathons & what not
2) meet up with friends/family IN PERSON for dinner/drinks
3) walk around town taking pictures & meeting my local shop owners
4) cook
5) work on my condo
6) see the light of day
7) make things
8) play with my dogs
9) read
10) go to town council meetings
Now, granted, I am a little nerdy for age. LOL. But what people who don't watch TV won't tell you, that I will, is that the hours others spend on their asses watching TV, we spend on our asses on the Web. LOL. Not much better, really!

I don't watch tv I just watch lots and lots of movies on netflix streaming. What is your opinion on that?
