OK guys, in honor of Thanksgiving, what are you most grateful for in terms of your love life?
Mystery Man says:
That it exists.
Funny Guy says:
That my wife lets me wear socks to bed.
Girls BFF says:
Honestly, I'm most thankful for the fact that my love life is fairly boring right now. Not only is it the expensive holiday season, but having an active love life as a single person can be extremely time consuming. And tiring. I'm much more efficient right now just keeping mostly to myself and getting things done without having to meet other people's needs and expectations. Hi, I'm Panama and I'm a happy single person.
Wise-Ass says:
I'm thankful for a wife who has loved me and put up with my sh*t for 20+ years.
Gal Pal says:
There's this totally hokey country song called "Unanswered Prayers" by Garth Brooks. I believe, particular when it comes to our love lives, we should remember to be thankful for the people we didn't end up staying with - and the lessons we learned about ourselves because of them.
Reformed Player says:
My long-term girlfriend and the fact that my midterm is finally frickin' done.
Chic Geek says:
I'm grateful that my girlfriend is cooking an amazing Thanksgiving meal this year. Also for the DVR which we will be watching the contents of all evening after eating said meal.
Readers -- what are YOU most grateful for?
I’m thankful for having a decent guy who put a smile on my face just thinking about him.
Awww, that's good to hear! I've seen some of your posts where you mention your ex and he sounds like a grade A loser, so I'm happy for you =)
My boyfriend and I just celebrated our one year anniversary on the 7th. I'm thankful that he loves me and I BELIEVE it. I trust him with my heart, and I never thought I'd utter that sentence ever again. I'm comfortable and safe and wrapped up in what he feels for me and I love him so much. I never thought I'd be healed enough to be this comfortable and trusting with any man, let alone someone this amazing. He's pretty much the best man I've ever known, and he chose me. He also loves my son and treats him VERY well. For all of the above, I am grateful.
