  I did consider that, actually, but I have never heard of a company sending employees out of town on a weekend. Even if so, the bf and ex don't have to travel together....

  of course you should tell him, that is definitely not ok. There should be no reason for it, unless he has a child with her than I would understand because they have that connection but still traveling with her that is a definite no no. There are no excuses for that one believe me...
