  This was some funny sh*t you are hilarious - though i do like this question. And i really don't mean this in a mean way at all - just something i've been told by a doc but if you are subconsiouc about your sweat losing weight should decrease it - i've lost 20lbs so far & have noticed a significant difference....except during sex but that may be do to increased stamina ;) lol...
