Both a gerund and a verb, the term is derived from the character in the 1995 movie Friday played by Tiny "Zeus" Lister. Meaning to commandeer with force or to punk somebody out of their goods, pride, or pretty much anything of value (ie parking space, bike, seat on a plane...)

James: What happened to your bike?
Mike: *sniffling* Man that punk Chauncey stole it!
James: Stop lying, fool. You know you got debo'd!!!!!!
