A chick who respons to all forms of instant gratification with the loud and resounding exclamation, "Woooooooooooooooo". First heard on the CBS sitcom, How I Met Your Mother, woogirls are everywhere as the good times do, indeed, roll. And yes, Virginia, "woo" is onomatopoeia.
