Made popular by the movie Bad Boys II, its a verb that means to take a breather, recenter, and calm down. This may be done by repeating the word "woosah" over and over, or merely "woosahing" by taking a step back and chilling out.
Before you say something you're going to regret, I think you need to go on ahead and woosah or something.
In order to be really effective you should also rub the tops of your ears. That's how you get the whole woosah effect.

The ones who should *really* feel regret are the parents of Madycynne, MyKynzy, Breighleigh, SanDeE*, and various other abominably misspelled atrocities. Those kids will go through their whole lives having to spell the name when they tell it to someone, and having to pronounce it for people who see it in print.
