What is GuySpeak.com?
GuySpeak.com is a site where women are encouraged to ask their most intimate--and sometimes jaw-dropping--questions. They are about anything under the sun (or under the sheets.) Topics can cover everything from dating, sex, and relationships to weird work-life encounters, annoying family members, and the riddle of what to have for breakfast in the morning. Six distinct male personas -- Chic Geek, Funny Guy, Girls' BFF, Mystery Man, Reformed Player, and Wise-Ass -- offer a kaleidoscope of Y-chromosome perspectives. You've always said you wish you knew what guys were thinking... well this is your chance to find out!

How do I ask a question?
Just go to the "Ask A Question" page, type in your question (be sure to stay within the 340 character count), choose a guy, write your name (or be anonymous), and then hit the "Send It" button.
Why is there a 340 character count?
Because ladies, let's be honest... we like to talk. And nobody wants to read (let alone answer) a 500-word question!
Are these guys real or are they just personalities for the site?
These guys are 100% real. There is no acting going on here. Ask a question and get an answer from a real guy.
How do I answer a question?
You can't be the first to answer a question, at least not yet. That may come down the road... but in the meantime, you can comment on any answer and on any comments that appear on the site.
I'm great at giving advice, why can't I be the first one to answer a question?
Because, at this time, Guyspeak.com will only post questions with answers by one of the guys listed on the site. However, we encourage you to give us your point of view and hope that you will challenge the answers given, should you disagree with them.
How do I become a GuySpeak.com "guy"?
Not initially, but eventually, we hope to give more guys the chance to let us know (and let you know) how they think. At this time, the best way to get noticed is to be active on the site.

Do I need to be logged in to comment on an answer, blog, or definition?
You do not need to be a member of GuySpeak.com, or signed in, to comment; however, if you sign in you will be able to keep track of conversations you are participating and follow specific guys and their entries.
Do I need to be logged in to add a new word to the dictionary?
Yes, you must be a registered member of GuySpeak.com and logged in to post a new word with definition... and please don't forget to use your word in a sentence!
What is the difference between Display Name and User Name?
Display Name is what shows up everywhere on the site (when you ask a question, when you submit a new word, when you leave a comment)
User Name is what you use to log in and it is used to create your profile url (i.e.: http://www.GuySpeak.com/contributor/yourusername)
Can I ask a question anonymously?
Yes, you can ask a question anonymously simply by clicking the "anonymous" box prior to hitting the "Send It" button.
What if I am logged-in, will my question really be anonymous?
If you are logged-in your question will still remain anonymous to the public. Just make sure the Anonymous box is checked.
Why hasn't my question been answered?
Most questions will be answered within two weeks. If it has been two weeks and your question still has not been answered then it's possible your chosen guy answered a question from another user that was similar to the one you submitted. You can try to submit the same question to a different guy or search the answer database for a similar one.
Why can't you answer every single question submitted?
Due to the sheer number of questions received not every submitted question can be answered. And quite honestly, some of them are ridiculous!
How do I report abuse?
Just click the "Report This" button at the bottom of the comment boxes.
I've reported abuse but nothing has happened. I want to email a real person. How do I do that?

How come there are only six guys?
We know, we know. Men come in many different shapes, sizes, and flavors. The six guys on the site represent six types of men that we found really interesting. They are all different enough that we believe there will be someone here to relate to your particular problem, regardless of age and geography. With that said... help us blow this site up and we will give you more guys!
What's the deal with Mystery Man?
All men can be enigmas sometimes - even to the savviest of women. Our Mystery Man is the wild card for those adventurous users who want a candid and unorthodox appraisal of their guy-related questions. Our only guarantee is that he will surprise - and entertain you - every time.
Is there a private way for me to get in touch with one of the guys?
The question really is why do you need a private way to get in touch with one of these guys? And the answer probably isn't good enough to warrant sending you their personal address! So, at this time, there is no way to get in touch with one of them directly; however, you can contact the editorial office for GuySpeak.com and your email will be passed along once it's deemed not spooky.
